ABOUT ME
My Journey to Fitness
Like many people, my journey into fitness started with a personal challenge. As a junior in high school, I was smaller and often felt out of place, facing bullying along the way. Instead of letting it hold me back, I used it as fuel to get stronger. I began lifting weights, and something clicked—I fell in love with the process of transforming my body and my mindset.
That passion for fitness only grew stronger. When I took an Intro to Exercise Science class in high school, I knew I had found my true calling. Over the years, I continued to learn, grow, and eventually, in 2020, I turned my passion into a business. Today, I help people achieve their health and fitness goals, just as I did for myself—by building strength, confidence, and lasting change.
